Confirming yourself to attend the Travel Fly Solo Weekend is a simple, two-step process. Fill out the form completely below and within two business days a representative from our travel team will reach out to you to confirm your details and total cost and request your deposit. Incorrectly filled out forms, or more complex requests may require more time. This is detailed here.
There are a limited number of spaces available for this experience, and they are booked on a "first reserved, first booked" basis! Your space will be confirmed and considered "booked" only when a non-refundable deposit of $150 is received. Should you decide to book your hotel stay and flight in one package, the deposit may increase.
IMPORTANT: If you are booking with a friend and sharing a room, neither of you can be considered "booked" until the both of you fill out and send them form and submit your deposit. If you specified a person that you want to room with, they have to submit their form in order for us to process it and respond with a quote. To be fair to others, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Cancellation + transfer Policies
Your deposit and all payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance provides a refund if you claim is valid. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.
Late Payments- $50
Late payment fee for final payment after due date. Reservation will be cancelled by for non-payment and no money will be refunded
Name Change Fee- $50
Applicable when your roommate has canceled and you are changing roommates. Payments made by the canceled roommate are NOT-TRANSFERABLE.
